Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced fitness professional to lead our group fitness classes. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging workout environment that motivates and inspires our members to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-energy group fitness classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests
  • Design and implement effective workout programs that promote member engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments, incorporating new ideas and techniques into your classes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a group fitness instructor or personal trainer
  • Proficiency in program development and class design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
