Job Title: Boilermaker Welder

R.F. MacDonald Co. is seeking an experienced Boilermaker Welder to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining boilers, pumps, and other pressure vessels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and repair boilers, pumps, and other pressure vessels
  • Collaborate with end users, contractors, and equipment engineers to ensure successful project execution
  • Perform service work estimations and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and control inventory, costs, and billings
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 6G welding certification
  • Knowledge of water treatment and its impact on equipment operation
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
  • Experience with pipe fitting and ASME codes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in various environments, including internal and external settings. You will be required to work in 8-hour shifts and be available for on-call duties. Travel may be required to other R.F. MacDonald locations and customer sites.

Salary:

$55 - $65 per hour
