Position Overview: The Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator plays a crucial role in enhancing customer interactions across various departments, including parts, service, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain accurate customer data to build a comprehensive database for ongoing follow-up and retention.
  • Develop and retain knowledge of product details, current pricing, and promotional events from both the dealership and manufacturers.
  • Leverage computer and communication skills within the Internet department to boost appointments, sales, and customer loyalty.
  • Schedule appointments effectively with incoming customer calls, lists of previous customers, referrals, and service and parts inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Proficient typing abilities.
  • Basic computer and phone skills.
