Marketing Manager

PABCO Building Products, LLC. is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to drive brand development and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute annual marketing programs and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify market trends and develop strategic market insights.
  • Implement marketing plans across social media, web, print, press releases, and events to promote customer goodwill and foster industry relationships.
  • Create and oversee paid advertising campaigns and metrics to drive business results.
  • Manage vendors and negotiate prices for marketing services, booths, and advertising to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Develop marketing materials, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and community partnerships to drive business growth.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing efforts to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the recruitment, performance, training, development, and promotion of marketing team members to ensure team success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and five (5) years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within the building materials industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical skills (Adobe Creative Suite, photography, web design/development, project management platforms, video creation).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
