Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Breast Imaging Specialist, you will:
1. Develop and execute training programs for staff in mammography techniques.
2. Conduct orientation and competency assessments for new hires.
3. Collaborate with fellow technologists and supervisors to enhance professional skills through targeted training and clinical experiences.
4. Provide clinical and technical support to both staff and students, fostering career development.
5. Standardize imaging protocols to minimize radiation exposure while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
Licenses & Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS); Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); Registered Technologist in Mammography (ARRT).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced education in staff development or education.
