IntelyCare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of nursing professionals. As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, including measuring and monitoring vital signs, observing resident conditions, and reporting concerns to the nursing team.
- Serve meals to residents and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, keep residents' rooms clean, and change linens to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors, and provide compassionate care and companionship to residents.
- Move residents in and out of wheelchairs and beds, and reposition them as needed.
Requirements:
- Current Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents.
