Requirements:- Authorized to work in the US
- Licensed esthetician / cosmetologist in Texas (State License required)
- Strong commitment to excellent customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Punctual and adherent to assigned schedules
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Professional and neat appearance
- Willingness to learn product sales
- Detail-oriented and attentive
- Active listening abilities
- Team player with a friendly personality
- Maintain readiness to assist customers
- Warmly greet and attend to all customers
- Provide friendly, efficient, and courteous service to all clients
- Administer facial treatments using our product line (training provided)
- Ensure salon cleanliness and hygiene as per provided guidelines
- Support front desk operations when required (phone handling, appointment scheduling, payment processing, etc.)
- Efficiently complete all assigned tasks and duties
- Promote and sell our product line to customers
