Skincare Specialist

We are a boutique skincare company, Bella Kara Skincare, that provides high-end facials, microdermabrasion, light therapy, and ultrasound facials, as well as our own product line. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, one-on-one service to each and every customer, whether in-person or via video call. We are seeking a skilled and charismatic individual who is punctual, friendly, and a team player, with a passion for skincare products. The ideal candidate will be willing to work most holidays, as they are our busiest times of the year. We welcome both experienced licensed estheticians and fresh graduates to apply.

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US
• Licensed esthetician / cosmetologist in the state of Texas (State License is required)
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Punctual and committed to work assigned schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Willing to learn to sell product

Responsibilities:

• Be customer-ready at all times
• Acknowledge and greet all customers
• Offer friendly, prompt, and courteous service to every customer
• Perform facial services with knowledge of our product (you will be trained)
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon(s), following the cleaning manual provided
• Front desk coverage when needed: answering phone, scheduling appointments, charging customers, etc.
• Complete efficiently all tasks and duties assigned
• Sell product line to customers
