Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Welder with experience in metal fabrication and welding to join our team at Flex Workforce Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG welding, TIG welding, and stick welding, along with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and welding symbols.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform precision welding on various metal parts with accuracy.
  • Interpret technical blueprints and welding symbols to meet project specifications.
  • Maintain safety guidelines while operating and maintaining welding equipment and tools.
  • Inspect and test completed welds to verify structural integrity and compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with fabrication and manufacturing teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Welder from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and industry safety standards.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity for prolonged welding tasks.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
