As an Optical Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and opticians to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will also be responsible for managing the optical department, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates and opticians to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage the optical department, including inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the store manager and other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in an optical or retail setting
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
