Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - Interventions

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting physicians with minimally invasive procedures and operating fluoroscopic equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in acute care settings and possess strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology. ARRT (R) National Certification and state-specific licensing are required. Vascular Interventional certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Confirming patient identification, reviewing imaging requests, and explaining procedures to patients
  • Assisting in scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitoring patients during procedures
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
  • Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience in acute care settings

* BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification

* State-specific licensing when required

* Vascular Interventional certificate preferred
