About the Role

This position offers the chance to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced imaging technology to diagnose and treat patients. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring they understand the process and any necessary preparations.
  • Operate various types of imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI units, to produce high-quality images.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid Ohio Radiologic License.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
  • ACLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the field of diagnostic imaging.
