Responsibilities- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide individualized treatment sessions to patients, utilizing a range of modalities and techniques to promote optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the AOTA.
- Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state as applicable.
- Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
