About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Enhance Therapies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical programs of all disciplines, ensuring seamless operations, and driving growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the rehab team to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
  • Attend care plan meetings and collaborate with facility and regional managers to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Develop and implement new programs to enhance clinical services and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and maintain accurate documentation and chart audits.
