Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Management Analyst to join our team and support the execution of rapid prototyping efforts and delivery of advanced combat capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational performance improvement, business operations, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the organization's structure, processes, and performance to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Develop actionable strategies and solutions to address identified problems, streamline operations, and improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans, often presenting them to management for decision-making.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to proposed changes or strategies.
- Assist organizations in implementing recommended changes, including developing action plans, training staff, and monitoring the transition process.
- Implement performance measurement systems to track progress and ensure the successful implementation of strategies.
- Work with leadership to identify ongoing opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing environments.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that strategies are well-integrated and aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
- Master's degree in a related field
- 8-12 years of proven experience leading or contributing to successful projects aimed at improving organizational performance
- Expertise in analyzing complex organizational problems and identifying effective solutions
- Ability to evaluate processes, systems, and structures to recommend improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses with the ability to assess the financial impact of operational changes and strategic initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings, proposals, and strategies to senior management and stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and mentor junior staff
- Experience in leading the implementation of recommended changes and driving buy-in from key stakeholders
