This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and servicing Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV Systems, as well as other related building system products. You'll work with our team to ensure efficient execution of all assigned tasks and provide top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control, and CCTV Systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair system issues
  • Perform cabling and installation of fire alarm, security, and access control system panels
  • Respond to customer service calls and provide timely and efficient solutions
  • Complete necessary certification courses and documentation
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Calls, and Paging systems
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices
  • Willingness to obtain NICET I certification within the first year and NICET II within two years
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional overnight travel
