Position Overview:

As a Mammography Technologist, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on achieving optimal clinical outcomes. Your role will involve not only the technical aspects of mammography but also fostering a supportive environment for patients during their imaging experience.


Key Responsibilities:


• Operate mammographic and related imaging equipment in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Produce high-resolution diagnostic images efficiently while maintaining superior patient care.
• Utilize various technical parameters such as compression, exposure settings, and filtration to ensure image quality.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, addressing any concerns or discomfort promptly.
• Provide clear guidance to patients, helping them navigate the examination process with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with physicians to address inquiries and ensure comprehensive patient care.


Qualifications:
• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating respect for patients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing tasks and solving complex challenges.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• ARRT(R)(M) certification
• State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• CPR certification
• Preferred experience of at least one year in diagnostic imaging.

Compensation:
• Competitive pay rate of USD $63.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
• Morning shifts available, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
