Position Overview:
We require a detailed project list that showcases your completed projects. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Over 7 years of substantial experience in construction management, specifically in commercial, industrial, or medical sectors, with a focus on interiors and renovations.
- A proven track record of managing ground-up construction projects ranging from $500K to $5M.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and Procore.
- Strong background in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control, project administration, and contract oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in safety management, workforce oversight, quality assurance, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and tradespeople.
