Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by reviewing arrivals, noting special requests, and blocking rooms as needed.
  • Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and knowledgeably, ensuring complete and accurate information.
  • Complete all tasks on the appropriate checklist by the end of the shift.
  • Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
  • Follow established key control policy and ensure proper credit policies are followed.
  • Submit lost and found articles with a completed report.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors and/or managers.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple arrivals and departures within a short period.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems and operations, with accurate data entry skills.
  • Outside-the-box thinking and initiative to creatively solve problems.
