Join Our Team as a Dishroom Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Dishroom Assistant at Bon Appetit Management Company.

About the Role:

  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, using assigned procedures and equipment.
  • Polish silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing wheels.
  • Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures and maintain temperatures and chemical levels as required.
  • Keep the dish area tidy and sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Loading and unloading supplies and products.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will have some experience in a similar role or be willing to learn and develop new skills.
  • Is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Has strong attention to detail and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
