We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team at Strive Pharmacy. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for packaging and preparing patient-specific prescription orders for shipment while ensuring quality control and compliance with our SOPs.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and package patient-specific cold, meltable, and room temperature orders for shipment
- Communicate with departments to ensure shipping changes are updated appropriately
- Notify the team when shipping inventory is low on any items used within that department
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized assembly and shipping area
This role requires regular sitting and talking or listening, frequent use of hands to handle or feel, and occasional standing and walking. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Requirements- Previous shipping, packaging, and handling experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting
