Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Service: Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality experience and that their needs are met.
  • Financial Performance: Assist the store manager in driving financial performance, ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved, and reviewing and evaluating P&L statements.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, implementing and monitoring asset protection and safety controls, and maintaining quality assurance standards.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach programs, establishing and maintaining relationships with key individuals or groups in the community, and representing the company to various external organizations.
Requirements
  • Education: 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
