Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Observe and assess patient condition, documenting all findings and recommendations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and work independently.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
