Physician Leader for Primary Care Clinic

Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a highly skilled Physician Leader to oversee the clinical and administrative aspects of our Primary Care Clinic in San Francisco. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, requiring a strong commitment to excellence, compassion, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient panels as primary care physician, conducting comprehensive medical evaluations and collaborating on care plans.
- Provide clinical coverage and supervision, particularly for Nurse Practitioners, and collaborate with nursing staff and in-house medical specialists.
- Oversee clinical care quality, conduct chart reviews, and offer guidance and oversight to medical assistants.
- Drive clinic process improvements, review performance metrics, and attend interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Medical License in California
- Active DEA License
- Board Eligibility or Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Subspecialty in geriatrics or palliative medicine, or experience with the elderly population
