We are excited to announce a newly established role for a Manufacturing Supervisor within our advanced facility. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and is responsible for guiding the production team in various aspects such as task assignments, quality control, site priorities, and overtime management.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the production workflow and provide leadership to the team.
- Establish performance benchmarks, assess efficiency, and evaluate throughput.
- Organize, coordinate, and distribute work assignments to achieve production targets.
- Resolve production challenges including scheduling, quality issues, runtime, and changeovers.
- Regularly monitor the quality of ongoing work and address any immediate concerns.
- Collaborate with human resources to facilitate employee training, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Guide, mentor, and manage team members in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Prior experience in OEM or EMS industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 manufacturing standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating strong listening abilities and a systematic approach to information sharing.

Physical Requirements:- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift heavy objects.
- Excellent vision and hearing are required (color blindness is not permitted).

- Exposure to moderate noise levels and various odors from soldering and cleaning agents.
- Safety glasses, ESD smocks, and ESD straps must be worn at all times on the production floor.
