We are a reputable fitness training facility seeking an experienced Exercise Training Mentor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to coach and mentor clients, and a strong passion for fitness.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering customized exercise programs, assisting clients in reaching their fitness goals, and ensuring client safety during training sessions. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Development: Support the development and delivery of exercise programs tailored to individual client needs.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Assist clients in achieving their fitness objectives through personalized coaching and mentoring.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain and improve overall organizational goals.
  • Safety First: Ensure client safety during all training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Background: Post-rehab or overall experience in fitness training is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification is mandatory.
  • Education: A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Bonus Points: Previous experience working with special populations and research skills in accommodating clients with disabilities and disorders are highly valued.
