Personal Development Coach

You will be responsible for designing and implementing customized coaching programs, providing ongoing support and guidance, and helping athletes develop a growth mindset.

About Us:
D1 Training is a state-of-the-art athletic training facility that provides a supportive and motivating environment for athletes to improve their physical fitness and reach their full potential. Our trainers are committed to helping our members achieve their goals through customized workout plans, expert guidance, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized coaching programs
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to athletes
- Help athletes develop a growth mindset and set achievable goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in strength and conditioning-related field

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
