  • Document care provided and data elements in the patient's medical record.
  • Collaborate with members of the care team to provide quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with care team, patient, and family members.
  • Current State of Wisconsin LPN license; BLS certification.
