About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to oversee the Medical Services at our Tewksbury Conexiones through Casa Esperanza's Integrated Care Model. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing doctor's orders, monitoring specified medication/refills, monitoring and recording vital signs as needed, and maintaining medical/nursing records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete Nursing Assessments, COWS, CIWA Assessments upon admission
  • Complete cows/ ciwa and ASAM assessment aligned with medical orders for protocols associated to withdrawal management.
  • Complete medical clearance exam at time of intake
  • Complete Medication Monitoring and all required documentation
  • Complete Medication Counts at start and finish of shift of all control and non-control substances
Requirements
  • Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse
  • 2 years of experience in nursing
  • 1 year of experience in medication monitoring
  • 2 years of experience in EHR systems
