Job Summary:The Clinician III will provide high-quality clinical services to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and individual, group, and family therapy. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and screenings to assess client needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, using evidence-based models and techniques.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, and to provide case management services.
- Consult with community agencies, schools, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Master's degree in a clinical field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
- Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- At least one year of experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
- Experience working with adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
This role will be based in a clinical setting, with opportunities to work in community-based programs and with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to our patients.
