Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Compensation:
$16.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support cleaning duties
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling efforts
  • Perform HVAC system maintenance and filter replacements
  • Conduct monthly checks on emergency communication devices in common areas
  • Maintain cleanliness of the building perimeter
