Compensation Package:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, focusing on the management of critically ill patients requiring advanced life support measures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among healthcare professionals.
- Utilize evidence-based practices, staying abreast of the latest research and developments in intensive care unit nursing to drive optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of clinical processes and protocols.

Requirements:
- RN licensure in the state of North Carolina or ability to obtain upon hire.
- BSN degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience, preferably in a CVICU setting.
- Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS preferred.
