About the Role:

As a key member of the Allina Health Cancer Institute, the selected individual will provide critical call coverage support for the urology department.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes.
  • Practice with a patient-centered approach, considering cultural diversity and individual needs.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team case management.
  • Maintain and improve quality standards through peer review and quality assurance.
  • Implement quality improvement processes to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required.
  • Board certification with ABMS or AOA required.
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Meet credentialing and hospital privileges criteria.
  • BLS certification required within 180 days of hire.
