Job Overview

Flexi Software, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to join its team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in managing small teams and administering enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to formulate solutions and project plans effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Responsibility for maintaining hybrid network infrastructure, including physical and virtual environments.
  • Team Leadership: Delegating tasks and assisting team members with their assignments.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintaining company compliance with security policies and preparing security audits.
  • Budget Management: Managing and administering Microsoft Azure environment, as well as ensuring network resources are in accordance with security practices.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Microsoft certification related to Windows Server administration or Microsoft Azure preferred.
  • Technical Skills: First-hand knowledge of Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Switches, Routers, firewalls, VPN, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Education: Certification in computer sciences or IT-related studies plus 3-4 years of directly related experience.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
