Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership and sales area.
  • Guide customers in choosing a vehicle by actively listening and asking insightful questions.
  • Articulate the performance, features, and advantages of our vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Provide detailed information on available optional equipment for purchase.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Master the sales process, including overcoming objections and closing sales in line with company standards.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on objectives, activities, and performance analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a clean and valid driver's license.
