Position Overview: Join our clinical team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and play a vital role in enhancing the lives of those we serve each day.

Team Collaboration: As part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, social workers, dieticians, and various therapists, you will gain insight into the collaborative efforts required to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct nursing assessments and collaborate with the healthcare team, patients, and families to formulate effective care plans.
  • Set realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals, implementing interventions as needed to reduce rehospitalizations and continuously evaluate outcomes.
  • Delegate patient care tasks to staff and oversee their execution to ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Facilitate communication of patient information among team members and across shifts.

Qualifications: A graduate of an accredited nursing program is required, along with a current nursing license. CPR certification is necessary, and one to three years of experience in a related nursing role is preferred.

Compensation: Competitive pay at $39.00 per hour.
