Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Pediatric Nurse Specialist. In this role, you will work one-on-one with our clients in China Grove, NC, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective care strategies

Requirements
