Washington Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor in Argyle, NY.

About the Role

As a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our nursing team and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your duties will include:

  • Assigning and scheduling nursing staff to meet the needs of our residents
  • Providing support and guidance to our nursing team to promote a positive and compassionate environment
  • Ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of care services
  • Managing documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with our healthcare teams to promote a seamless and effective care experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Basic computer skills
