Job Summary

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work a Weekend Day Shift (7am-7pm). This role requires a strong leader who can manage a team of nursing staff, provide support to residents and families, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.



Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Supervisor at Washington Center, you will be responsible for:




  • Completing resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
  • Providing information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
  • Ensuring resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Managing documentation of resident care services
  • Promoting a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:




  • Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
  • Be a strong and positive team leader
  • Familiarize yourself with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have basic computer skills

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is up to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
