Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality massages ranging from 30 to 120 minutes, including deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish techniques, while integrating various modalities such as neuromuscular, hot stone, myofascial, and more (paid training available for Tier One and Tier Two hires after an introductory period).
- Customize sessions based on individual client needs and provide effective hot stone therapy.
- Educate clients on the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Utilize therapeutic manipulation of soft tissue to address client injuries and enhance overall wellness, facilitating healing and personal growth.
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the first appointment to prepare the treatment room and remain 30 minutes after the last session for cleanup.
Additional Duties:
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.
- Handle daily laundry tasks, including washing and folding.
- Gain knowledge about retail products offered.
Employment Type: Part-time, with up to 25 hours of hands-on practice per week.
Collaborate with clients, healthcare professionals, and chiropractors to create, maintain, and adapt treatment plans.
Communicate effectively with management regarding client needs, office supplies, and equipment.
Uphold the Pure Pondera brand through internal and external marketing initiatives as required.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation - Employees are not classified as Independent Contractors.
- Starting service commission for recent graduates is $20/hour before gratuity (all gratuity is retained by the employee) for Tier One, with pay increases based on experience.
- Experienced practitioners can earn up to $40/hour.
- A 60-day initial probationary period, with rapid raises based on client retention and commitment.
- One complimentary 90-minute massage per month.
- Regular opportunities for professional growth, with performance-based raises up to $40.
- Monthly paid training following the introductory period.
- A unique Colorado-based business, not part of a chain, with licensed massage therapists in management roles.
- Directed marketing for individuals and teams, along with personalized coaching.
