About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Western Region Director at AEG. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regional Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Western Region, ensuring seamless execution of programs, policies, and services.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of regional staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Alpine Development Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement regional strategies, aligning with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Program Development: Support the development and implementation of regional programs, including athlete experience initiatives, operational excellence projects, and financial performance management.
  • Financial Management: Manage regional accounts, reconcile projects, and oversee financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in operations management, team leadership, and strategic planning, preferably in a sports or recreation organization.
  • Skills: Strong work ethic, organizational skills, effective communication, and computer skills in email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
