OVERVIEW:
- Seeking two qualified physicians to fill roles due to the retirement of an existing physician and to accommodate practice growth.
- Involvement in an intensivist program.
- Flexible rotating schedule alternating between weeks in critical care and outpatient pulmonary services.
- Optional involvement in sleep medicine available.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine.
- Possession of an Indiana medical license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Annual salary of $360,000 with additional incentive compensation of $5 per wRVU, distributed quarterly.
