Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN to join our team at Avantara Huron. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and nursing care as directed by individual care plans
  • Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans to meet their unique needs
  • Lead and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Advocate for residents and their families, promoting a culture of respect and empathy

Requirements:

  • Unencumbered State of South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license
  • Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate
