Our Security Relief Personnel play a crucial role in fostering a secure environment for both employees and visitors.

Your Impact as a Security Relief Personnel:

As a member of our team, you will report to the onsite Supervisor and work alongside a large group of security professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Protecting the client’s premises, assets, and personnel.
  • Conducting thorough foot patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas.
  • Managing front-of-house duties, including visitor registration.
  • Remaining vigilant to identify and respond to any suspicious activities.
  • Maintaining control in the event of any threatening situations until authorities arrive.
  • Adhering to health and safety protocols, documenting any hazards or incidents.
  • Utilizing communication devices and security equipment effectively.
  • Conducting preliminary investigations and reporting on any unusual occurrences.

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in a corporate or retail security setting.
  • A valid Front Door Supervisor SIA License.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain composure and professionalism in all situations.
  • A proactive and observant approach to security duties.
  • A clear 5-year checkable employment history.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly with MS Office.

This position requires flexibility to travel across multiple sites within the region and involves a rotating shift pattern, including days and nights.
