Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Retail Operations to lead our store operations in Quincy, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, including merchandising, implementation and maintenance of corporate programs, customer service, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and employee development
  • Implement and maintain corporate programs, including visual merchandising and store displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Manage store budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements
