Production Equipment Specialist

Job Overview
As a Production Equipment Specialist at Dairy Farmers of America, you will be responsible for operating equipment to fill and package various products in accordance with regulatory standards. Your duties will include cleaning, setting up, and monitoring the production line equipment, as well as completing all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Operate filling equipment to meet production requirements
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor product weights, seals, caps, and packaging for quality control
- Make adjustments to filler timing and settings as needed
- Identify and resolve jams on the label operator and thread wrap systems
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
