Job Title: Mobile Response Team LVN

Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Mobile Response Team. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will provide safe, effective, and compassionate responses to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis in various settings.

Job Summary:

The Mobile Response Team LVN will respond to calls from dispatch involving a mental health crisis, assess and document holds, and provide crisis intervention services. You will also be responsible for supervising the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to mental health crisis calls in various settings, including residences, parks, shelters, schools, and hospitals.
  • Assess and document holds, providing crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Supervise the Peer Specialist as part of the Mobile Response Team (MRT).
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive crisis intervention services.
  • Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with Crestwood Behavioral Health policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in California as an LVN.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
  • Current CPR and first aid certifications.
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
