Key Responsibilities- Direct Care Provision: Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervision and Coordination: Supervise and assist with day-to-day nursing activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Education: Possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
- Licensure: Hold a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state.
- Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care.
