Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by offering quality consultations, performing services requested, and ensuring a great experience for every guest.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of stylists, creating a positive work environment, training, and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters.
  • Business Growth: Drive business growth by increasing sales, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to improve salon profitability.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions, and light housekeeping duties.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology License: Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management.
