Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets, discipline tasks, and track projects while ensuring client deliverables are met.
  • Prepare and check design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans.
  • Conduct field assessments and inspections of structures and facilities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a BS in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in bridge and structure design.
  • P.E. certification in Civil and/or Structural Engineering (AZ).
  • DOT experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop technical writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to make mathematical computations and design engineering projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering instruments and tools, including computer workstations and bridge engineering software.
